THE PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (conditions)

  • Customer: the Natural or legal person using the services of the operator.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The subject matter of these policies is to ensure the processing of personal data of customer obtained in the course of a commercial activity of the Hotel and Restaurant further set out the obligations to maintain the confidentiality of such information obtained, and within the scope and under the conditions laid down by these rules.
  2. Hotel and Restaurant are in accordance with these terms and conditions undertakes to process personal data of the customers. These conditions are made in the scope of the rights and obligations when processing personal data pursuant to the preceding section arising from the relevant legislation, in particular regulation of the European parliament and of the Council (EU) no 2016/679 from day 27. April 2016, the general regulation on the protection of personal data ("the Regulation") and the provisions of the act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

THE RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. The Hotel and the Restaurant agrees to accept such technical, personnel and other necessary measures that could lead to unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their change, destruction or loss, unauthorised transmission, other unauthorised processing, as well as other misuse of personal data
  2. In connection with the provision of accommodation services, the Hotel and Restaurant is obliged to process personal data of the guests. With these data work in particular:
  • Receptionists
  • The manager of the Hotel and Restaurant
  • Accountant
  • Staff of the Restaurant
  1. The above listed users were instructed about the sensitivity of the personal data. With the personal data of the guests are built exclusively in the context of the services provided by the Hotel and the Restaurant. The Hotel or the employees do not sell the personal data of guests to another entity. Other processors of personal data of the guests are:
  • Hotel system Previo
  • Financial company EkonexGroup
  1. The conditions of processing and handling the personal data of the guests are prepared in the processing contract between the hotel and the restaurant and the processors.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The Hotel and Restaurant has a legal obligation to keep  some personal data of their guests, in particular name, surname, date of birth, address, and period of accommodation, number and type of document or visa, the purpose of the residence. This obligation is governed by the Act on the residence of aliens on the territory of the Slovak republic (404/2011) and Law on local fees (582/2004). According to these laws, the hotel and restaurant is obliged to keep personal data about customers for a period of 6 years.

  1. The customer has anytime the right to ask the hotel and restaurant for the overview of their personal data. These data are stored in the (i) tab of the guest in the hotel system, (ii) in the gas book, and (iii) the evidence paper that are in printed form kept in a locked room. In the case of a request for deletion of personal data the Hotel and Restaurant will clear the card of the guest and function home and evidenčnú book. The above-mentioned act, however, Hotel must submit. Listed personal data can be deleted to up.

TECHNICAL AND ORGANISATIONAL SECURING OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Hotel and Restaurant are committed to a technically and organizationally ensuring the protection of the personal data processed so that the cable cannot be unauthorised or accidental access to the data, their change, destruction or loss, unauthorised transmission, other unauthorised processing, as well as to the other abuse and that staff and the organisation continuously for the processing of the data secured all the duties of the administrator of personal data, resulting from legal regulations, in particular Regulation.
  2. The Hotel and Restaurant is committed to the processing of data will be ensured in particular by doing the following:
  • the personal data will be disclosed only to the authorized persons of the Hotel and the Restaurant, who will have set out the conditions and extent of processing of the data by the Hotel and Restaurant and each such person will be access to personal information by its unique identifier
  • personal data will be processed in the premises of the Hotel and the Restaurant, which will have access only to authorized persons or their suppliers (subcontractors), to be bound by the same obligations;
  • The Hotel and Restaurant will prevent the unauthorised reading, creating, copying, transmission, modification or deletion of records containing personal information

  • enrich measures enabling to determine and verify to whom their personal information were sold until they have been processed, altered or deleted.
  • The Hotel and Restaurant is committed of using its own internal regulations or specific contractual arrangements to ensure that its employees and other persons who will be processed personal data, so they will do only under the conditions and to the extent the Hotel and the restaurant identified by the responding instructions of the Hotel and the Restaurant. In particular, the will itself (and bindingly saves the i this referred to persons) to preserve the confidentiality of personal data and on the security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise of security of personal data, also after the end of employment or the relevant work in the Hotel and Restaurant

Video surveillance system

Hotel and Restaurant uses to the prevention of the protection of its customers, its and their property video surveillance system. Hotel and restaurant declares that the records in any way does not work, does not provide  to third parties
